3rd year of sale – 4% (down from 8%)
4th year onwards – 0% (down from 4%)

TDSR
– No longer apply the TDSR framework to mortgage equity withdrawal loans with LTV ratios of 50% and below

Share Transfers
– Stamp duty will be applicable for purchase of shares of companies where assets are Residential properties in SG

All these will be w.e.f. of 11th March 2017
